We’re based in Surrey, primarily covering CR postcodes, but we’re happy to travel within a 30-mile radius, depending on availability and project size.
Our standard working hours are 9am to 3pm, Monday to Friday.
Evening and weekend appointments are available upon request, though an additional charge may apply.

required within 7 days of confirming your booking. - The remaining balance is payable at the

Each full bag that we take away is charged at £10 per bag.

We always discuss product costs with you before buying anything, and a fixed 20% service fee is added to cover sourcing, purchasing, and returns.

Yes — if you’re based outside Surrey, or prefer remote support, we offer virtual organisation and styling sessions via video call. You’ll still receive the same level of guidance and personalised advice.
